Mars Leadership at the Peak comes with high expectations and a reputation of being amongst the most impactful and breakthrough leadership courses. I had some skepticism coming in that it would live up to the hype, but am leaving with all expectations met and exceeded. I had the privilege to experience this week with 18 other inspiring leaders. I’m grateful for each of their openness, support and wisdom, but especially for their friendship. And amongst my MANY takeaways are: 🫵 Investing energy and time in yourself is also investing in others ⭐️ Discover your superpower - own it, live it and share its benefits with others ❣️Finding a safe space is not the same thing as playing it safe 🥜 If you store the peanut butter upside down, you’ll never have to deal with the oil that rises to the top Thank you Center for Creative Leadership Bridget Seymour Allison Barr, MBA, MAP Austin Richman for a meaningful week! #proudlymars
