Psst! Not to bug you in the middle of your 4th of July BBQ, but are all your prospects based in the US? If so, carry on with your long weekend. But if not, this is your reminder that Distro will help you respond to leads just as quickly today as any other day. Distro automatically skips any sales reps who are OOO and routes leads only to reps who are available to respond to hand-raisers. (You're welcome.) See how Distro works: https://lnkd.in/ecRwVSvR

I’m an adopted US citizen. And I can’t tell you how grateful I am that I get to celebrate 4th of July here as one But first some background that might help frame my gratitude I come from a former communist country . As a child I had to hide my thoughts and my opinions And be afraid of my neighbors who could turn on me for having certain beliefs. The price of that ? Prison or even worse I had seen some of my neighbors had that worst outcome imaginable … I was petrified when I had to attend my best friend funeral that got in the secret police path You just learn to be super vigilant to everyone and every word you say So when I came here in US I felt like I could finally breathe again To be free and say whatever I thought Do whatever I thought was right I know there’s still a lot to be done. A lot to be improved But oh boy do I appreciate the freedom I have Forever grateful I was able to give birth to my sons in this land . A land where everything is possible I really hope the new immunity that’s given to presidents won’t change that

Your team doesn't have to fight over leads like they're seagulls at the beach on the 4th of July. Distro routes them to the right rep every time, and the algorithm makes sure leads are distributed fairly. If a sales rep is on vacation, the calendar integration detects it and skips them automatically. Distro is intuitive, scalable, and a fraction of the cost of other lead-routing tools. Watch this walk-through to see how it works 👉︎ https://lnkd.in/ecRwVSvR

A Chili Piper inspired productivity tip that works wonders! 🌶 Sam O'Brien 🏄♂️ ‘stole’ one of my productivity tips for a recent post, so I thought it would be worthwhile sharing it with everyone else. 'Meeting Debrief' calendar slots, aka. Meeting buffers. This was actually something that I kinda stole from Chili Piper 🤷♂️ For anyone that has used Chili Piper, or something similar, you’ll be familiar with the feature that allows you to schedule a buffer meeting after any demos that are booked directly into your diary through the ‘Get a Demo’ form on the website. Why? It helps protect your diary from being completely slammed without any room for breathing, let alone getting work done! 🛡 All I’ve done is apply the same methodology to my own diary. Take the example below, which is what my typical Friday looks like (This is my actual 8am - 6pm calendar blanked out). You can see I schedule a 15 minute 'Meeting Debrief' ⚫️ following each of my Friday morning 1:1 sessions 🔴. During these debriefs I can immediately tick off any actions, answer any follow up questions, and update my workflow (Asana/my notebook). This means I very rarely get to the end of a day, or week, with a long list of seemingly small tasks that need sorting before I can switch off. Dreamy 🙏 Do I do this after every meeting or call, no. But I do make sure to schedule them after any meeting where I can almost guarantee there will be follow up actions - 1:1's being a great example. P.S. If you're wondering what the colours represent in my calendar I covered this off in a previous post - here's a quick recap: 🟣 Deep Work & Creative 🔴 Meetings & Calls 🟢 Health & Fitness ⚫️ Planning & Admin 🔵 Food & Breaks Do you utilise meeting buffers, or perhaps you've got another tactic? #b2b #saas #marketing #productivity

Sorry to burst your bubble: Not every hand-raiser is a good fit for your product. (But you knew this.) Chaniqua (Nikki) Ivey shares why qualifying inbounds can be tricky without proper discovery. Here's how to make sure they're a fit before you waste either of your time 👇

No-shows are the worst—especially when your quota is on the line. At Chili Piper, our main metric is Qualified Held Meetings (QHMs). Key word: HELD. Booking meetings with qualified leads is great, but only if they actually show up to the call and hear your pitch. To make sure those qualified calls stay on the calendar: + Send three automated and *personalized* reminders leading up to every meeting: 1 day before, 1 hour before, and 1 minute before. + Include options to rebook or watch a self-serve demo in case they can't make it + Include an agenda to show you're actually going to show up to the call prepared Oh, and did we mention you can do this all within Chili Piper? Of course you can 🌶
