Additionally, pertaining to accountability, non-profits should make sure to have proper, qualified oversight/governance (i.e. a good, active BOD) and have a strong checks & balances in place (i.e. 360 reviews, regular audits, etc).

The employees of Community Building Partnership of Stark County, Inc. work each day to promote neighborhood revitalization. Our housing counseling program works with individuals to help them understand their finances, become homeowners and more.
