Contract Land Staff (CLS), founded in 1985, is one of the largest independent providers of Right of Way and Land Management Consulting companies in the United States. CLS’s services include a combination of land management solutions such as Right of Way project management, title, permitting & acquisition, extensive employee training, staffing, and regulatory consultation regarding FERC and the Uniform Act. CLS’s proprietary Right of Way technology solutions includes web-based GIS-enabled CLSLiNK, CLSLiNK Maps and the Virtual Right of Way Department (VROW). Together these right of way data management solutions represents the most comprehensive land records/asset management, tracking, and GIS digital mapping software solutions in the industry. CLS serves utility, electric transmission/distribution, pipeline, transportation, public infrastructure, solar and wind generation, rail, and telecommunications clients. Corporate headquarters are based in Sugar Land, Texas.
