Moving back to Finland, continuing to work at CTS Engines to support our great customers. In 2012, we lived a happy family life in Finland when I received an opportunity to explore the world and do something different. CTS Engines had an exciting vision to transition from a dedicated jet engine field service and hospital shop to a full-service engine overhaul provider under the new ownership. I had a chance to challenge myself in a new environment and start learning business dynamics, which were very different from my previous ten years. My wife and four children had a complete change of their own with new schools, work, friends, hobbies, and the ocean separating everything familiar and everyday life before. Fast-forward to 12 years later, my oldest children have finished school, and everyone from the family has since relocated back to Finland. It is now time for this Dad to pack his suitcase and follow his family. We are forever grateful for everything we have been able to experience in the USA, but one thing arises above everything: all the people we have met and shared moments over these years. The heartfelt welcome and unwavering support have been truly overwhelming, and the connections we’ve forged are enduring. Thank you to the incredible CTS Engines Team and the CTS owner, J.F. Lehman & Company, for your support and flexibility in allowing me to relocate to Finland and continue working with our team remotely. I am passionate about supporting our customers with their engine requirements and truly enjoy what I do. Business and life, in general, are never easy or linear; they have ups and downs. However, what truly matters is how you go about your day and make the most of it. Effective today, I will transition from CEO to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Despite this change, my commitment to our team and our customers remains unwavering. My contact information will remain the same, and I look forward to seeing you all in Florida and elsewhere in the world during my frequent visits. Exciting news about the new CEO will come this week. We recently had the pleasure of welcoming back David Coddington and the Leadership Broward Foundation class to our Fort Lauderdale facility. This visit marked our continuous partnership aimed at driving excellence in our workforce and community as well as a glimpse while we transition into our new Coral Springs facility.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our first Performance Restoration Shop Visit (PRSV) for the Engine Alliance GP7200.  A Milestone Worth Celebrating: Shipping the first PRSV is a significant milestone for CTS Engines.
