This week has been nothing short of magical – our newest restaurant in the Downtown Disney District is now open! ✨ We are so grateful for our dedicated team and partners who made this possible. And a huge thank you to Jason Smith from Disneyland Resort and Delphine Lee from CHOC Foundation for welcoming us so warmly into the Anaheim community. The surprise appearance from Mickey and Minnie Mouse made our opening truly unforgettable! As we embark on this exciting journey, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team. Thank you Los Angeles Times for spotlighting the anticipation around our newest restaurant at the Downtown Disney District in Anaheim.   Our first standalone restaurant, designed in partnership with Rockwell Group, features a traditional Chinese pavilion rooftop and a dumpling expo kitchen, giving diners a front-row seat to the art of dumpling-making. Din Tai Fung EVP Aaron Yang expressed excitement about bringing Asian-focused dining to the area, marking a significant chapter for the restaurant.   To celebrate the opening, we will release our first-ever apparel collection and donate $50,000 to the CHOC Foundation to support youth health and wellness. What a great week it’s been! We are so grateful for the outpouring of support in Seattle as we reopened in a new location in Bellevue. Seattle Met painted the perfect picture of our new experience: “The new Din Tai Fung is twice the size of the original and ratchets up the design factor by about a million… Its evolution involves a high-drama design: a suspended tree installation over the dining room, red-walled private dining rooms with washi paper chandeliers, and a general sense of drama that suits a prominent restaurant space in downtown Bellevue.  One design element remains constant—Din Tai Fung’s “immersive dumpling expo kitchen,” a.k.a the open room where you can watch well-trained chefs shape its signature xiao long bao soup dumplings with their nimble fingers.” https://lnkd.in/gRvwDdna  

Seattle, we have something new just for you! We are thrilled to announce the reopening of our Bellevue location, now on the first floor of Lincoln Square! The newly designed restaurant from the innovative Rockwell Group is a love letter to our cultural origins and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.  Enjoy the same award-winning Din Tai Fung flavors you love in a serene, art-filled backdrop, including a breathtaking suspended tree installation.  To celebrate, we are pleased to announce we have donated $25,000 to Seattle Asian Art Museum to help support the arts in the region.  We look forward to warmly welcoming you to our new and improved Bellevue home!
