Endeavor returned as a sponsor for the Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners (PBAP) Annual Golf Tournament! Our Senior Projects Foreman, Robert Davis, serves on the PBAP Board of Directors, helping to advance pipeline engineering, operations, safety practices, and education. PBAP has awarded hundreds of thousands in scholarships and grants to students and community organizations in the Permian Basin, supporting the future of skilled craftsmen in oil field trades. We’re honored to support such a worthy cause and contribute to the growth and safety of our industry!

It was a great morning volunteering side by side for an amazing organization and cause.

Congratulations to our Senior Environmental Specialist Tye Baker for clinching victory in the team roping event at the Big Spring Cowboy Reunion and Rodeo! With an impressive time of just 7.7 seconds, Tye and his partner showcased incredible skill and determination. EER is proud to be the annual barrel racer truck sponsor at this family-friendly event. Our interns were treated to a walk-through of oil and gas history! During their Petroleum Museum tour, students explored petroleum’s story and life-changing impact. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Built to honor industry pioneers, the museum includes a collection of historical drilling rigs and related equipment spanning 40 acres, interactive exhibits, archives, galleries, and a Petroleum Hall of Fame. ⁣ ⁣ Thank you to the museum team for being wonderful hosts!

Women's Energy Network Global (WEN) is an organization of professionals that provides networking opportunities and fosters career and leadership development for women in the energy industry. At Endeavor, we are proud to support this broader organization through Women's Energy Network Permian Basin, bringing women in industry together for education, networking, development, and more. Most recently, we sponsored the local chapter’s June Luncheon featuring Certified Personal Trainer Jenna Huffman, who led a conversation about physical exercise and its effects on mental health. We filled Jake’s Clays to capacity, enjoying a day of friendly competition, sportsmanship, and team building.⁣ ⁣ From setting new production records to optimizing our environmental stewardship and safety to seeking ways to continuously improve, our people are the bedrock of Endeavor's continued success. This event was a small token of appreciation for our teams!

In a nod to our team's continuous improvement and innovation efforts, Endeavor's Health & Safety department was honored with the Excellence in Execution Award at Veriforce's Select Client Series!⁣ ⁣ The team's Contractor Management strategy development and execution for contractor safety, compliance, and sustainability stood out among a highly respected group of peers.⁣ ⁣ This achievement wouldn't have been possible without contributions from our Legal and Vendor Maintenance teams. We applaud our teams' hard work in prioritizing and optimizing safety.
