Tri-Brand Marriott Hotel Project Contractor: Craine Construction, Nashville, TN Project Manager: Jeff Kurzhal Location: Marriott Tri-Brand Hotel, Nashville, TN Structis, based in Nashville, TN, secured the contract to apply approximately 7 inches of Low-Density Fill (LDF) over the existing parking deck, topped with 1 inch of Maxxon® Level-Crete. The project initially faced a weight issue while leveling the garage. After evaluating several options, LDF and Level-Crete were chosen as the optimal solution, meeting weight criteria and enabling easy on-site pumping and finishing. The project was completed ahead of schedule, covering about 28,000 square feet, marking the start of the renovation to add hotel suites to the third-floor parking deck in the heart of Downtown Nashville!
