Jami Bush has been with Glick for 25 years! 🎉 Here is what she said about her time here: "I've been the Property Manager at Briarwood Lafayette for the past 25 years. I have stayed with Glick because of the people I have worked with over the years, their support, and also the benefit package, including the PTO. I have made close friends and have peers that I can count on for support. I have never felt like I'm alone in the company with no lifeline. I have been able to raise my family and have always had a good work-life balance and haven't felt like I needed to miss my children's events because of work. My favorite part of the job is making a difference in the community and that two days are never the same or mundane. We have had an active Homework Club on the property for over 15 years. We now have children that I have watched grow up and are the first generation in the family going to college. I like that the residents see our office as a safe place, and they feel respected. They will reach out to us for help and support in their personal lives and trust that the office is ran with integrity. Kristine Sills has been with Glick for 10 years! 🎉 Here is what she said about her time here: "I came to work for Glick after working in Community Mental Health for over 8 years. Working at Cambridge Square has afforded me the opportunity to still fulfill my passion of helping others while working in a supportive environment. The Service Coordinator team is full of peers who are supportive and in this profession to truly help others. Mental health work has always been a passion, but working with the aging population has led me to find an additional passion. I love being able to assist residents with both big and small concerns that help them be able to remain in their homes for as long as they are able. Some of the most meaningful interactions are what may seem the simplest to me but have a huge impact on residents. I have stayed with Glick for 10 years because I have been encouraged to not only look within the confines of our property for ways to help, but to look to the community at large as well.
