Our Mid-Atlantic teams have had a busy year between opening up a new office in Virginia and completing multiple successful projects! We have recently revamped our weekly F.O.C.U.S. meeting. Standing for Faith, Organization, Culture, Unity, and Safety, this meeting has allowed us to hold each other accountable and improve in all five of those areas. This meeting has been a powerful tool to bring our entire team together with a weekly touchpoint. The agenda for this includes team member highlights, awards, devotion, prayer, HR benefits or programs, announcements, and celebrations. #FOCUS #GregoryConstruction #Teamwork
