    At Fixify, we're embarking on an exhilarating journey to craft something unique. Though I'm not ready to unveil many details, I'm excited to take you along for the startup ride, sharing some of my experiences as a co-founder and CTO through my new personal blog (eye rolls allowed! 😂). The debut post? It's a candid, unfiltered piece, initially crafted just for me. Penned in the early days of my startup adventure, it explores the challenges I saw facing startups in an era where generative AI is rapidly reshaping industries, and established companies seem to hold significant advantages over startups (what else is new?). My aim in writing to myself was to reason objectively about the pros and cons of being a startup vs. an incumbent developing product in this rapidly evolving landscape.
