We are pleased to announce that our Penelope Case Management system is now LIVE. This will automate and streamline our processes from scheduling, appointment booking, email notifications, record tracking and more. One of the key benefits of this new system is that it delivers a better support experience to our clients. Our transacting clients will now receive email notifications with the following details: For Direct clients: 1. Initial forms to accomplish (for new clients only) 2. Payment guidelines 3. Appointment confirmation For Corporate clients: 1. Initial forms to accomplish (for new clients only) 2. During the month of October, we welcomed Batch 12 of Graduate Interns who are taking their Masters in Counseling or Psychology. We aim to provide an ample amount of practicum hours and a holistic learning experience for our interns as they train to be future mental health professionals and practitioners. Meanwhile, our Alumni Interns continuously provide direct care to people in need of mental and emotional support and, at the same time, build their capacity as mental health carers.
