Insulet’s co-op program creates ample opportunity for students studying biomedical, mechanical, industrial, and computer engineering; business administration; and supply chain to gain valuable work experience in the medical device industry. Our team recently attended the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) annual conference to share the benefits of our Omnipod products with nurse practitioners and physician's assistants who play a key role in the care team of people living with diabetes. In addition to exhibiting at the show, clinical data highlighted at ADA 2024 on Omnipod® 5 in T2D were presented by Davida Kruger, Henry Ford Health System, and Bethany Long, BSN, RN, CDCES, Insulet, to a packed room. Insulet’s journey to fully implement Global Greenfield SAP S/4HANA was recently highlighted during SAP’s SAPPHIRE conference in Orlando, Florida. Santhosh Nair, Insulet's Senior Director of IT, shared his team's experience around this important and complex initiative with other tech leaders during the conference. Antonios Andreou, LL.M., Insulet Senior Privacy Counsel, presented the medical device and life sciences perspective on a cross-industry alumnus panel focused on technology-related legal challenges and innovative compliance strategies. He spoke in the Netherlands at Leiden University’s Centre for Law and Digital Technologies’ June conference titled “Law and/versus Technology: trends for the new decade,” which focused on AI systems - including generative AI - and the privacy, cybersecurity and data governance challenges encountered in putting them to use. #TeamInsulet
