    👀 Are LSAs really as flexible as you think? 👀 To investigate, we dug into how employees use their LSA dollars by amount spent and transaction count. 💵 🛒 The punchline is yes – employees do use LSAs for a range of reasons. Here’s what we discovered in our data: 🔹 Fitness activities and equipment are towards the top of the list, thanks to All-inclusive LSAs and Fitness & Wellness Spending Accounts that are designed to support well-being. 🔹 Economic challenges have led more and more companies to cover food-related expenses that make a difference to workers. 🔹 Connectivity expenses like internet and mobile fees are popular, with tax benefits to employers encouraging coverage. 🔹 Caregiving expenses rank tenth in transaction count but fifth in dollars spent. This highlights their high cost and the critical support they provide to working caregivers. Want to learn more insights about LSAs?     Employees get more with LSAs. Rather than investing in another well-being initiative that employees may not use, LSA allowances provide a variety of options that can fit each person's unique lifestyles. Employees want help. Nearly half of the respondents in our poll said they wanted their employer's help covering fitness & wellness expenses. For one person, this might be a traditional gym memberships. But for others it could be paying for a weight management app, going to a meditation class, or buying a surfboard. A quarter of respondents said they want caregiving support. We just rolled out tips and compliance standards for covering various spending accounts.
