The Friends of The Library will present its annual A Tisket, A Tasket, A Literary Basket silent auction on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 6 – 8 p.m. at KCPL’s Main Library in Downtown Charleston. This is the Friends' primary fundraising event, showcasing a stunning array of unique, donated, literary-themed gift baskets, with all proceeds directly benefiting Kanawha County Public Libraries and the nearly 74,000 cardholders served at the Main Library, the eight branches throughout the county, and the Bookmobile. Enjoy an evening of good food, provided by 1010 Bridge Restaurant & Catering, and literary inspired fun.
