This what being a team player *really* looks like! 🥧😂 In our Fayetteville, NC clinic, we have been focusing on getting all appointments and timesheets converted on time. RBT Preston Urbanek graciously volunteered to let everyone with 100% on-time conversion for the month of May pie him in the face. Talk about taking one for the team!

Happy Welcome Wednesday! Let's give a warm welcome to Christine J., Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst at our McAdenville, NC clinic 👋 Originally from Ohio, Christine has lived all over the country and practiced ABA in five states! She earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Dayton, where she first encountered ABA during her practicum work. She quickly fell in love with the field and working with young learners diagnosed with Autism. Christine went on to earn a Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, private schools for ASD, outpatient hospitals, homes, daycares, private practice, social skills groups, and three research clinics associated with universities. She says, "The patients are what I love most. I adore watching children meet various milestones, which is a regular occurrence in our field. Also, my job allows me to work with a team of people who share my passion for teaching children with ASD. It creates an energetic, caring work environment!" Christine also enjoys sharing a child's hard work and progress with their parents, seeing firsthand the impact ABA has on the entire family unit. Christine is a mom of a teenager, a "tween," and a dog. Being new to North Carolina, they enjoy exploring hiking trails and museums throughout the state, especially loving visits to the beach (Christine's happy place!)
