Spotlight on a project that is nearing completion, The Denny Barrett Fieldhouse, which will soon be home to First Baptist Athletics indoor sports leagues. We broke ground 11 months ago, and finishing touches are happening on the inside as the project nears completion. With its prime location along Capitol and Georgia Streets, the Pan Am tower is once again sporting graphics to welcome the 2024 US Swimming Trials to Indianapolis. Today we celebrated the official dedication of the 1st ON MAIN project in Carmel. Thanks to all who came to celebrate this milestone. Our partnership with the City of Carmel and the Carmel Redevelopment Commission made this amazing project possible. The rain held off and the turnout was great. Lauth's website has been updated for our latest project completion, a modern office and warehouse distribution facility located in Thunderbird Commerce Center, Lauth's newest industrial park. There are still a few interior finishes to complete, but the owner is now operational inside the building. Thanks to Lesle Lane, MBA of Studio Thirteen for capturing the exterior so well. Looking forward to a few interior shots to be added later this month. Our thanks to Shawn Curran (he/him/his) and his team at Curran Architecture for their design expertise in bringing this project to life. It's a beautiful facility adding life to what was once a Brownfields development. #industrialconstruction

It's May in Indianapolis. This year that means "Racers and Pacers." It's a fun time of year to kickoff the busy summer season and Memorial Day weekend. Yesterday's Midwest Commercial Real Estate Summit was held in Indianapolis. The keynote address was given by Megan Vukusich, Director of the Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, where she updated attendees about key projects happening in the city. Three additional panel discussions were on the agenda, including the Apartment Market Update, which included Austin Dumas, Director of Acquisitions at Lauth and Lauth Communities. The event culminated with the awards ceremony. Lauth's construction group was a finalist for the General Contractor of the Year, which was won by Compass Commercial Construction Group. Congratulations to all of the winners last night. It was an afternoon of learning, networking, and celebrating. Thank you to Ernest Abood and his team at REjournals for hosting the event.

Twice a year our company hosts a company-wide meeting to review business performance, celebrate success, and to recognize associate promotions and work anniversaries.
