Mr. Cuddihy will concentrate on representing plaintiffs in employment discrimination, hostile work environment, and sexual harassment cases. Mr. Kevin Cuddihy graduated from Rutgers University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a master’s degree in social studies education. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Cuddihy taught sixth-grade social studies and special education at Red Bank Middle School. While teaching, Mr. Cuddihy attended Seton Hall University School of Law part-time in the weekend program and graduated in 2022. Mr. Cuddihy rejoins McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. after working as a law clerk in the firm’s Red Bank office in 2021 and 2022.
