    We asked 120 doctors about their top marketing goals for 2024, and here’s what they had to say: 💰 57% are aiming to increase overall profit or revenue. ❓ 14% have no specific goals for this year. 💹 13% want a higher return on their marketing investments. These findings highlight a knowledge gap. Many practices want to boost profits but aren't tracking their marketing performance effectively. Additionally, 14% with no goals will likely struggle to measure their investment returns. Marketing can drive profit by attracting high-margin procedures, retaining patients longer, and encouraging repeat visits. The key is identifying what drives profit and using marketing strategies to support those goals.     We recently polled 200 medical providers about how much time they spend tracking their marketing efforts, and the results are in! 📊 🕒 41% of practices spend between 1-5 hours per month tracking their marketing. 🕐 30% spend less than an hour. 🚫 Surprisingly, only 13% spend no time at all. These insights reveal that while time constraints are real, the bigger barrier is often knowledge.
