  • We are excited to have our partnership with Starlight featured in Commonwealth’s latest case study on using AI to improve public benefits access for LMI workers. Integrating Starlight into our financial coaching allowed us to offer a hybrid approach where clients received both personalized tech-based guidance and trusted human support from our Financial Coaches. This blend of human touch and AI is crucial for maximizing product access and enrollment for LMI workers. We look forward to continuing to leverage these tools to amplify the power of human touch, helping workers navigate the financial system and achieve financial freedom. • This National Homeownership Month, we're showcasing how our Financial Coaches empower individuals to achieve their dreams of homeownership! Take Horacio, for example. Juggling two jobs and supporting family overseas left him with little time to navigate the complexities of his finances. Despite saving for years towards owning a home, a confusing credit history threatened to derail his dream. Our Financial Coach, Ana, helped him navigate the complexities of his credit report, uncovering errors that were dragging down his score. Together, they disputed inaccuracies and tackled a collections account, ultimately boosting his score by 141 points. With Ana's guidance, Horacio secured a mortgage through his local credit union, a process that was smoother and more responsive than his experience with larger lenders. Today, Horacio enjoys the security and space of owning his own condo, paying virtually the same amount as his previous rent. Learn more about Horacio’s journey here: https://lnkd.in/gcS3s42E

As one respondent shared, “Having medical debt comes with a lot of mental stress for me. Even with health insurance, I don’t understand the high amount I have to pay out of pocket. It’s very frustrating and stressful to focus on my health.” Learn more about the mental health effects of medical debt on low-income workers and the solutions we offer to address this critical issue: https://lnkd.in/dWUEUpef #FinancialHealth #MedicalDebt #FinancialJustice
