Product managers, elevate your game with a simple yet powerful habit: weekly journaling. Inspired by successful practices in the industry, like those shared by Elaine Chao, this reflective practice can significantly impact your effectiveness and emotional resilience. The goal? Each week, take 15 minutes to document what happened, how you felt, and any observations, encouragements, or challenges. This can help you: * Identify patterns and trends that influence your decisions, career-related or not * Process emotions and reduce stress * Refine your strategies based on reflective insights By regularly reflecting on your experiences, personal and professional, you can gain valuable insights that enhance your skills and drive better outcomes. Do you already journal? Sound off in the comments on how it helps you as a product manager. If you don't journal yet, what are you waiting for? Discover more benefits here: https://loom.ly/jxS9Qbw

Top 100 Product Marketing Leader. Complex Problem Solver. Innovative Storyteller. GTM Lover. Customer Obsessed. Tech Nerd. Elder Emo. Dog Mom.

Being a product marketer in tech is like riding a roller coaster 🎢 – exciting, fast-paced, and with a healthy dose of "oh no, what's next?! 😱 " New technologies, trends ,and product strategies are constantly popping up–not to mention AI just keeps getting more powerful (maybe too powerful? 🤔). While it is incredibly exciting, it also means you have to constantly be learning. For me, that means engaging with communities like Pragmatic Institute, which is a goldmine for Product Marketers (and our fellow Product Managers!). They offer killer courses, workshops, and certifications on everything from market-driven decision making to crafting product messages that resonate 🔥. The best part? It's not just about the knowledge bombs you drop on your team after a course (although, let's be honest, those are pretty sweet). It's about the entire learning journey – the "aha" moments, the convos with colleagues grappling with the same challenges, and the feeling of accomplishment when you finally nail a new concept. Surrounding yourself with a network of peers who are equally passionate about growth can be incredibly inspiring. Sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and celebrating successes together fosters a collaborative environment where we can all learn from each other. My best advice? Take the time, invest in yourself.  Seek out new information (courses, newsletter, podcasts, etc.), engage with your community, ask ALL the questions. You don't have to ride that roller coaster alone! 🎤 I want to hear from you! How do you keep your product marketing skills sharp?? #ProductMarketing #PMM #ContinuousLearning #ProfessionalDevelopment #TechIndustry #PragmaticInstitute #NeverStopLearning #CareerGrowth #LearnFromOthers #Community
