I had the opportunity to join the Medical Transport Leadership Institute (MTLI) team and the students for the banquet last week. It was a joy to connect with old friends and make some new connections. By all reports the School was a resounding success . . . a tribute to the hard work of the Students, Faculty and Staff. It was humbling to see what has evolved over these last 25 years. I am forever grateful for the experience I had as a member of the MTLI Council of Regents and for the privilege of working with such wonderful colleagues . . . some of whom we have lost in recent years . . . it was one of the highlights of my professional life. Congrats to all the Grads for your hard work!

It was a pleasure to record the EMS Week 2024 EM2 Podcast with my colleagues Gary Harvat and Chuck Humprey. We had a blast as always, but talking with our special guest, John Moon, was a fantastic trip down memory lane. Thrilled to talk with John about his fantastic life and career.
National EMS Week has rolled around once again for the 50th time (yes, it's been 50 years - WOW), and the guys have a great show featuring John Moon, one of the original Freedom House paramedics. If you haven't heard John speak, you're in for a treat. John is a true ambassador for our industry and is well worth the listen to hear his insight and thoughts on the early years of EMS. Join Ed, Gary, and Chuck as they welcome John and celebrate EMS Week 2024. It's a great EM2 episode!
