We REALLY need to improve the teacher experience so they walk into a classroom and inspire students. A teacher's energy directly translates to their students, and the misalignment of what we're expecting of students and what we're providing to educators leads to burnout, great teachers leaving the classroom, and overall lower quality of education. Let's fix this! BTW: Vriti Saraf I asked our AI (rybot) to create a lesson plan and story of the three little pigs in the context of India. The results were pretty cool. As the VP of Engineering at ryco.io, I understand firsthand how stressful and challenging the interview process can be. I've faced my share of rejections, but perseverance and continuous learning have brought me to where I am today. That’s why we’ve designed our hiring process to be as transparent and supportive as possible. Here’s our three-step process to find the next rockstar engineer: 1. 📞 Phone Screening: We start with a friendly chat to get a feel for your vibe and see if your experience and background are a good fit. 2. 🛠️ Technical Interview: Dive into some fun and challenging problems with us, as shown in the attached video! It’s all about showcasing your skills. 3. 👨💼 CEO Meeting: If you nail the first two stages, you get to have a conversation with our CEO. It’s your chance to shine and get to know the company from the top. We know how much work and stress goes into preparing for interviews.
