We took a team field trip last week to the Sam Galloway Ford expansion located at 1800 Boy Scout Drive in Fort Myers. At 90% complete, the 26,000 SF project will provide Sam Galloway an additional 19 service bays. Our Orlando team has completed The Pickleball Club, LLC a two-story, 33,293-square-foot fitness complex that features indoor and outdoor, championship-grade pickleball courts, cafe, pro shop, locker rooms and lounge. Located at 455 NW Enterprise Dr. in Port St. Lucie, The Pickleball Club features 12 indoor, championship-grade pickleball courts, café, pro shop, locker rooms and lounge. The second-floor mezzanine houses a bar, lounge and provides a viewing area to the courts below. The second floor also has offices, conference rooms and storage. Additionally, there are two outdoor pickleball courts and two bocce ball courts with canopy shades offering protection from the Florida elements. Located on the busy intersection of Colliers Blvd and Immokalee Road in Naples, Stevens Construction is underway with TreeFarm Plaza, a 27,000 SF commercial project that will include two buildings designed to accommodate up to 15 tenants. Rikos Pizza will be among the tenants coming to Naples, bringing their signature hot oil and salad pizzas from the Northeast. Spanning three acres, the project is slated for completion in early 2025!

Robin brings 20 years of expertise in commercial and healthcare construction, having led numerous new construction and renovation projects throughout central FL. Her impressive portfolio includes free-standing emergency departments, medical office buildings and operating room and imaging suite renovations. A proud graduate from the University of Central Florida, Robin has also earned her 10-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certification, and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Fundamentals credentials from Infection Control University. She is also a Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector by the Department of Environmental Protection. Today is an unforgettable day—especially for Myrtle Dillard, her daughter Myrtle and her twin 10-year-old granddaughters as Lee BIA Builders Care, Retland Holdings and Stevens Construction presented Myrtle and her family a new 1,347 SF, accessible home at no cost to the family. Myrtle Dillard is a longtime Fort Myers resident who has lived in her home for 33 years. Originally built in 1927, the 958-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-bathroom dwelling had fallen into a state of disrepair. As time passed, the family faced significant challenges in maintaining the home. Caring for her daughter and twin granddaughters, Dillard’s health concerns and the recent passing of her husband, Joseph, made Dillard’s need for support more critical than ever. The home required extensive repairs and lacked necessary accessibility features, posing serious safety risks for Dillard, who relies on wheelchair access. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Stevens Construction committed to rebuilding the Dillard family’s home from the ground up at no cost. Rather than opting for minor renovations, the decision to rebuild the entire structure ensured that the family could live safely and comfortably for years to come. The entire structure was demolished and rebuilt in just 48 days at no cost to the homeowner, and community partners came together on May 7 to welcome the Dillard family home with a curtain reveal of the newly completed house. The new home is 1,347 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate the family's needs. Accessible doorways, bathroom and a wheelchair ramp ensure Myrtle Dillard can navigate her home comfortably. Community partners and donors helped fill the new home with necessities, including furniture, appliances, decor and household supplies.
