Construction on luxe apartments next to homes of Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys tops out

The Cordish Companies joined the Texas Rangers this week to celebrate a major construction milestone in the Arlington Entertainment District with the topping off of One Rangers Way Luxury Apartments, marking the completion of the exterior frame of the building. One Rangers Way continues the incredible momentum of new development in the Entertainment District that began with the opening of Texas Live! in 2018. A world-class residential experience in one of the fastest-growing sports and entertainment destinations in the country, One Rangers Way will offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity for residents to experience an exclusive lifestyle in the Rangers clubhouse with every possible amenity and live steps away from the Rangers’ Globe Life Field, the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, Choctaw Stadium, Texas Live! and forthcoming National Medal of Honor Museum. Yesterday, the Cordish family joined Gov. Wes Moore and First Lady Dawn Moore, Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby, Baltimore City Councilmember Zeke Cohen, and so many influential leaders from the City and community to celebrate the opening of Third Space at Shaarei Tfiloh, an innovative new arts + culture center for Jewish life and learning and greater Baltimore community engagement.    Located on the border of the Mondawmin and Auchentoroly Terrace neighborhoods, Third Space at Shaarei Tfiloh will be a resource for the local community and promote relationship building between all who engage at Third Space. The Cordish Companies announced today that its latest Live! destination will open in Orlando, FL this fall. Live! at The Pointe Orlando will bring an unmatched food and beverage, social, nightlife and special event experience to Orlando’s tourism corridor when it opens this fall. Located at Pointe Orlando across from the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive, Live! at The Pointe Orlando will feature 73,000 square feet of immersive indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment space including Sports & Social, PBR Cowboy Bar, Houndsmen English Lounge, Shark Bar and a central Live! Plaza.
