July is Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. As we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, we honor Bebe Moore Campbell, a trailblazing author and advocate who worked tirelessly to end stigma and support mental health in minoritized communities. Mental health impacts everyone, yet many still lack access to crucial support and resources. Stigma, shame, and healthcare inequity continue to be significant barriers preventing individuals from seeking the help they need.
