Thinvest Property Group is a trusted real estate investing company with over 10 years of family knowledge in buying, selling, and renting since 1990s. We now focus on buying and selling WHOLESALE PROPERTIES all over the Greater Philadelphia area. This includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. Our LLC was officially filed with the state of Pennsylvania in 2015. We find deeply discounted properties, sell them to our investors partners. This allows for satisfying results for all parties (seller, ThInvest PG, and our partnered Investor). We focus on helping people who need to sell their properties fast. At Thinvest, we buy and sell houses to our investor partners. We will not be acting as a real estate agent or broker when we buy or sell our client's property. We do know many proactive realtors and will be happy to refer anyone. We are excited to work with our clients to save them time and most importantly, money! We would be happy to work with clients if they are represented by an agent or broker as well. We are dedicated to improving communities and redeveloping the housing markets that we work in.
