This year, the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is recognizing 19 institutions for their noteworthy engagement with the #Fulbright program. 👏 🎊 The HBCU Institutional Leaders Initiative encourages #HBCU administrators, faculty, and students to engage with the Fulbright Program's opportunities and highlights HBCUs as a destination for international students and scholars.
