“This past year I had the opportunity to work with Abby at Burtch Works. The simple truth is that Abby makes everyone around her better. Abby is an expert around the tactical part of her role, but more importantly people follow her because they trust her. Abby builds authentic relationships, is passionate about her work, leads by example, and has humility. Many leaders at the VP level and above lack most of these top leadership traits in my opinion. Her ability to lead and implement change from having buy in from all levels allowed us to achieve massive growth these past 12 months. As VP of Operations, Abby impacted everyone at Burtch Works. She was the heart and soul of the company, and loved by all. That will continue wherever Abby goes in her career. I'm so incredibly thankful to have been around her greatness and amazing personality, both personally and professionally. I'm better and much more prepared for leadership roles by learning from her.
