“I first worked alongside Brittny as a CSM at InsideView, and it quickly became one of the most important working relationships of my career. Because of these qualities, she was promoted to Lead CSM at InsideView for the Key Accounts team. She most definitely earned it. Brittny strikes the perfect balance of being able to engage in deep customer relationships while working to help them be successful. She consistently meets and exceeds her renewal and retention goals. She's a well-rounded CSM and a purely delightful human being. If given the chance again, I would hire her in a heartbeat.”
