It’s fascinating how it shapes an organization from within, influencing its mission, vision, and objectives. Gerstner’s words resonate profoundly. Without a strong culture, the foundation of your company, its mission, vision, and objectives are all vulnerable. Values form the essence of culture. The NiVACK Group, a family-oriented business, we treat our employees, partners, and customers as cherished members of our extended family. We foster trust, mutual respect, teamwork, accountability, and a spirit of curiosity! Values can be instilled, and they’re ingrained in my family’s ethos! As leaders, it’s imperative we align our values with our mission and ensure they’re practiced daily by our employees. After all, many consider our employees to be our most valuable asset.
