  • Hennessy All-Stars (NBA + Trade)

    - Present

    Hennessy's first ever basketball tournament for the most influential bartenders in key markets. The teams compete in a bracket-style tournament to win a bespoke trophy by artist, Victor Solomon. The night is culminated with a $25,000 donation to a hospitality focused charity.

    While the tournament is the main attraction, the event includes coaching segments facilitated by NBA stars such Nick Young and Horace Grant, photo moments, and skills courses

  • Wells Fargo’s Social Media Hub Draws Golf Fans

    The social media hub at the Wells Fargo Championship, a professional golf tournament on the PGA Tour held in early May in Charlotte, NC, this year generated 40,000 social engagements by fans and 310 million impressions throughout the week.     The social media hub at the Wells Fargo Championship, a professional golf tournament on the PGA Tour held in early May in Charlotte, NC, this year generated 40,000 social engagements by fans and 310 million impressions throughout the week. It has been hailed by golf’s powers that be as a best practice for amplifying the social impact of a tournament by leveraging all major social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and LinkedIn, ultimately generating brand and name exposure for the bank.

    “The explosion of content and engagements that we are seeing from fans is pretty crazy, but good,” says Nick Carey, vp-sponsorships at Wells Fargo. “We feel like we’ve built a really neat model that is working.”

    Housed in a welcoming, casual environment that was open to the public, the hub offered lounge areas with tvs, snacks and giveaways, along with an ATM, phone chargers and a wall of screens that display user-generated social posts. This year, the hub even included a branded area for Wells Trade, the bank’s online brokerage platform. Those who took a demo and engaged with one of the brokers on-site were invited to an evening cocktail hour headlined by the Golf Channel’s Gary Williams, as an exclusive perk.

    The Championship activated a social hub last year, but a year of learning and building out the practice led to this year’s results. “We’ve tapped into something here, there are a lot of story lines that happen during a tournament week, and by having this social hub here on-site we are enabling and amplifying the impact of all of the conversation,” Carey says.     The Together Experience Tour was developed in support of Wells Fargo’s new Working Together Brand campaign which launched late April 2015. The Together Experience Tour includes three interactive stations that combine technology and fun to reinforce Wells Fargo’s brand promise of “Together We’ll Go Far”. The Virtual Maze Challenge game gives visitors the opportunity to experience the newest virtual reality technology from Oculus. Assisted by Wells Fargo Brand Ambassadors and cheered on by friends, participants navigate the virtual reality maze while wearing an Oculus Rift Development Kit 2 virtual reality headset and standing on a WizDish ROVR locomotion platform. The goal of the game is for participants to collect as many gold tokens as they can before time runs out. Participants who earn 125 points or more receive the highest level prize. Everyone receives a prize for participating. In addition, participants receive via email a split-screen video of themselves playing the game and their first-person view in the game, which they can share via Facebook or Twitter.In the Together Testimonial booth participants record a video of themselves describing a person or people in their life who has made their life better. The participant receives the video via email and can share it on social networks. The third interactive is the Together Photo Op which is a simple, entertaining, and powerful message about being together. Participants pose with a white board and have their photo taken. They choose from a variety of words and phrases which speak to “togetherness” that are then digitally imposed on the white boards.

    A media and consumer facing one day event on April 18, 2012 that transformed two blocks of Times Square into a festive Olympic Village celebrating the 100 Day countdown to the London Summer Olympic Games Opening Ceremony. The spirit of the Olympic and Paralympic Games was ignited to support Team USA on their Road to London.

    A 26 hour straight event (build, activate, strike) on 21,486 sq ft of promotional area secured by 16 permits. Seamlessly integrated 12 USOC corporate sponsors, 11 Summer Olympic sports demos, 80+ athletes (hopefuls and alumni), 14 on-site vendors, youth groups, consumers interactives, and 150+ media outlets to produce a powerful and memorable 10 hour experience!

    Olympic fever is sweeping the country and the world as the run up to London heats up. New York City’s Times Square earlier this year became a mini Olympic village teeming with athletes, fans, sports demonstrations, autograph sessions, giveaways and sponsor activations as part of the U.S. Olympic Committee’s Road to London celebration.

    Austin is perhaps best known for storming onto the tennis scene and dethroning four-time US Open champion Chris Evert in 1979, winning the tournament as a 16-year-old prodigy, the youngest US Open champion in history. She held the No. 1 singles ranking in 1980 before a variety of injuries cut short her career, but nonetheless managed to win 30 career titles, including two US Open singles championships and a Wimbledon mixed doubles title. The International Tennis Hall of Fame inducted Austin into its wings in 1992.
    Austin currently lives in Los Angeles. Her son, Brandon, is a member of the University of Southern California’s tennis team.
    Mary Carillo is a renowned sports analyst and commentator with HBO, NBC, and Tennis Channel. She has won two coveted Peabody Awards for her work in the HBO documentaries, “Billie Jean King, Portrait of a Pioneer” and “Dare to Compete: The Struggle of Women in Sport.” She played on the WTA tour from 1977-1980 and won the 1977 French Open Mixed Doubles title with childhood friend, John McEnroe.

    Immersive Experience to Celebrate 20th Anniversary of B.zero1 and further cement the collection’s position as an icon of contemporary design

    May 2, 2019 New York NY -- Today, Bvlgari unveils a 3,400-square-foot interactive B.zero1 Labyrinth installation positioned inside the majestic Oculus at the World Trade Center. This installation will help celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the brand’s B.zero1 unconventional and dynamic collection modeled after the colosseum in Rome. Standing over 10-feet-tall and 65-feet-wide, its walls and surrounding floors will be wrapped in a bold sophisticated XX Anniversary graphic.

    Inside, the curving network of passageways, is designed to send guests on a winding journey of self-exploration and discovery through engaging stories and shareable moments. It’s organized into five chapters that celebrate the B.zero1 legacy – “Genealogy,” “Iconic Women of Design,”, “Design Legend,” “XX Anniversary” and the “Celebration Experience.”

    Upon entering the labyrinth, guests are invited to view artwork and product displays illustrating the “Genealogy” – and design legend collaborations. The “Iconic Women of Design” area explores how creation is an intimate reflection of ourselves. Celebrating women at the forefront of their fields in art and design who look toward personal stories for inspiration. Oversized artwork from the eye of acclaimed photographer Fabrizio Ferri are featured along the interior walls exemplifying the strong, confident, independent women for whom B.zero1 is designed.

    The central room of the Labyrinth is an interactive virtual-reality showcase providing guests with a unique experience to step inside the magnificent world of B.zero1 and embark on a journey through Rome and the creation of the “Design Legend” ring.

    The campaign was created and executed by Dentsu Aegis Network’s MKTG and Dentsu X.
