Here's how you can navigate the long-term effects of burnout on your career as a construction manager.
I can't underestimate the importance of getting involved with professional organizations. It's at these where you will build your network and support group. When you feel burned out at work, these are the people who will re-assure you that your work matters, and can offer a helping hand in keeping you on task. They can also be great resources for keeping you from feeling overwhelmed if taking on new tasks or duties.

Here's how you can navigate the long-term effects of burnout on your career as a construction manager.
When your friends, spouse or co-workers start noticing that you "aren't the same" or are asking what's wrong, it's time to consider re-evaluating what you are doing. Take the time to have honest conversations with your co-workers or boss and hopefully you all can re-invigorate your passions with some collaboration, or find a new way to work in order to not get burned out!
