It was amazing to learn what Marianne and her sourcing team were able to pull off to support LabCorp, and the US Government, at the critical start of the Covid crisis. Though stern in her position and negotiating, Marianne and I worked together to finalize a global technology contract that covers LabCorp and Covance in over 30 countries. At her insistence, the customer experience and SLA’s are now the same for all divisions, regardless of location. It was because of the respect from her internal peers from the LabCorp business units such as Legal, IT, Security and Finance, we were able to pull that off.
