The committee is focused on advancing the knowledge and skills of members, the reputation of ACMP as a thought leader in principles and practices of change management, and organizational change agility and competency.

    Committee Description
    The Digital Learning and Collaboration Committee is focused on change management education, engagement, and collaborative knowledge transfer across ACMP members. The committee addresses both content of broad potential interest across the ACMP global membership community, and focused content for distinct communities of interest within our global ACMP community through digital education with webinars and engagement. The committee may make recommendations on pilot testing of new education and engagement, and it captures feedback on optimal digital learning and collaboration experiences of ACMP members. The committee is responsible for ensuring educational programming reflects the diversity of the association in terms of professional discipline, global representation, and other characteristics.

    To fill this gap, ASHP has created a unique new publication: Letters from Rising Pharmacy Stars: Advice on Creating and Advancing Your Career in a Changing Profession. Edited by Susan A. Cantrell, RPh, CAE, CEO of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, and Sara J. White, RPh, MS, FASHP, Former Director of Pharmacy at Stanford University and Clinics, Letters from Rising Pharmacy Stars is a collection of compelling letters from 30 “up and comers” who have demonstrated significant achievement in their careers.
