    Sterling Vineyards claimed the Best Package Redesign award for its Napa Valley and Vintner’s Collection tiers in the Wines & Vines Packaging Design Awards.

    One of only five winners from a pool of more than 150 entries, Sterling Vineyards impressed the esteemed judging panel of wine industry and design industry experts.

    While still relatively new to the market, the label has already proven successful and has helped drive positive momentum, including +29% growth on Sterling Vintners Collection.

    As a part of an overall brand refresh, the silver label is helping Sterling Vineyards to truly own and amplify the color silver on-shelf. The redesigned label is eye-catching, in part due to its bold use of silver, but also its unique die-cut and subtle, yet distinctive, incorporation of Sterling’s heritage. The medallion coin highlights Sterling Vineyards’ inimitable architecture and is an integral part of communicating the winery’s history and consumer experience at the winery.

The interactive table proved to be an effective presentation tool during wine tastings allowing presenters to engage audiences and distributors with virtual content about the organization’s history, portfolio, vineyards and brand experiences. The interactive table proved to be an effective presentation tool during wine tastings allowing presenters to engage audiences and distributors with virtual content about the organization’s history, portfolio, vineyards and brand experiences. Its ultimate goal was to help increase sales for the winery. The table travels all over the United States to bring the Penfolds brand to customers and wine distributors alike. The table debuted at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival.

The event increased sales and distribution for the brand, and led to increased brand sentiment in the eyes of industry leaders. Penfolds utilized RFID technology, an innovative and unintrusive approach to collect important feedback from key buyers. Featured guest David Lombardo, Wine and Beverage Director for one of the highest rated restaurants in the US, Landmarc, called The Penfolds House, “The most incredible event I have attended in this industry.”
