Position Overview
As a Leasing Agent at our dynamic company, you play a pivotal role in building vibrant communities. From understanding prospective residents' needs to ensuring a seamless leasing process, you will foster relationships and drive customer satisfaction every day.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Work Opportunity: Work from home 100% of the time.
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, answering inquiries and showcasing property features.
Guide prospective residents through the leasing and application process, fostering urgency and customer commitment.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, leveraging your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries and enhance satisfaction.
Utilize your strong administrative and computer skills to manage lease files, update paperwork and systems, and assist with marketing efforts.
Become an expert on our communities and local area, providing valuable insights on schools, employers, and amenities.
Requirements
Required: Local State Real Estate License.
Preferred: BA or Associates Degree.
Experience in New Home sales is advantageous.
Proven track record in lead conversion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct in-office presentations and think innovatively.
Valid Driver's License with occasional travel required.
Capable of physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
