Bain Capital Tech Opportunities is hiring Analysts!

We are seeking full time Analysts for summer 2025 start, based in Boston. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience within an investment bank, consulting firm, sales team, tech startups and/or personal experience as an entrepreneur. Candidates should exhibit the following skills and/or experiences:

• Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively

What Tech Opportunities Analysts Do

Bain Capital professionals are exposed to a broad set of situations and companies, and systematically develop skills as a value-added investor -- not just a financial engineer. Analysts will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities through the application of fundamental strategic analysis in addition to the more traditional financial modeling.

Analysts serve as our front line in contacting and evaluating entrepreneurs with the hope of generating proprietary investment opportunities. In this role, they become a real part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and are expected to develop relationships with outstanding entrepreneurs.
