Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better inform potential customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Sales Process Management:

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
