Job Description: The Administrative Clerk performs a variety of clerical, payroll, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth opertion of the District.
Primary Responsibilities
General Business Office assistance
Performs data entry and filing tasks
Perform various accounting duties
Prepare reports and documentation
Provide customer support to staff and community members
Assist with meeting, planning and preparation, as needed
Electronic scheduling and coordination
Processes payroll and performs all associated tasks.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritze work.
