The Role

Cypress Creek Renewables is looking to hire an Analyst for our Capital Markets team. The new hire will have the opportunity to learn new skills, gain deep exposure to multiple facets of a growing industry, rapidly develop their career, and earn highly competitive pay. This position can be based in either our Santa Monica, CA or San Francisco, CA office with hybrid work flexibility.

The Candidate Will Report To Director, Investment Analytics In The Chief Investment Officer’s (CIO) Office, And Will Be Tasked With

• Managing the construction loan administration process for CCR’s projects under construction, working collaboratively with the Structure Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Construction Management teams to calculate the monthly cash requirements for each project under construction and playing the lead role in preparing monthly construction borrowing notices.
• Ensure CCR is compliant with various lender reporting requirements.
• Serving as the primary point of day-to-day contact with CCR’s construction lenders in the construction loan draw process.
• Providing financial modeling support for the company’s Development, Structured Finance, M&A, and Investment Analytics teams, helping to assess the viability of variety of capital investment opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

Candidates must be highly motivated and show exceptional career progress to date. Candidates are required to be able to demonstrate:

• BA/BS degree (MBAs welcome)
• At least two years of Excel-based financial modeling experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong credit, financial analysis, quantitative, and modelling skills
• Attention to detail & organizational skills (including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines)
• Unimpeachable ethics & integrity
• Organized, diligent, and able to track/manage multiple streams of information on an ongoing basis
  
  

Locations: We have a strong preference for the candidate to be based in a CCR office either in Santa Monica or San Francisco.

Compensation: The salary range for the position is $80,000-$110,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
