They are offering a salary range of 110k - 130k a year plus medical/dental/vision, 401k, yearly bonus, and travel cost covered. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, schedule, and budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Participate in project meetings and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in construction project management in civil infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS, and Microsoft Suite.
