Associate Product Specialist

The Associate Product Specialist provides technical and/or operational support to projects and programs within the product management organization. They will be responsible for project management of the product releases by documenting, bug prioritization, and ticket management.

Do these responsibilities describe what you like doing?

• Understand our customers’ needs, work with product leadership to define a product vision, and manage the product’s improvements through to their releases
• Work with stakeholders to create product projects, prioritize, and oversee the execution of these projects through the development lifecycle
• Serve as a growing subject matter expert who can represent the voice of the customer to engineering, QA, PMM, etc
• Conduct research in service of product strategy
• Mediate conversations between Support teams, Engineering teams, and customers.
  
  
  

What are some must-haves?

• 1-3+ years of related experience
• Strong preference for previous experience working in the Hospitality Industry.
• SaaS experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required
