CereCore is seeking an Associate Project Manager (IT) to join our team.

Summary

Application Analyst is able to apply fundamental knowledge, concepts and principles gained through experience to oversee coordination throughout the development life cycle to deliver net new technology solutions. The candidate is able to work within peer groups and project teams. Is able to solve straightforward problems utilizing standard procedures or company policies. Is able to complete assigned tasks receiving guidance from supervisor and works independently with general/moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

Development Product Management:

  • Oversees coordination of cross-functional development team throughout the development life cycle to deliver net new technology solutions
  • Oversees intake, feasibility analysis, and technical/functional requirements gathering of new ideas
  • Leads development roadmap planning and status meetings following appropriate agile methodology. Establishes clear deliverables and accountability
  • Communicates between developers and key stakeholders (team resource managers, leadership, business owners, etc) to manage expectations and delivery schedules
  • Oversees planning and execution of QA/testing
  • Anticipates, identifies, and escalates issues appropriately
  • Oversees post-project review, lessons learned sessions, and documentation with general/moderate supervision

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Is able to work independently with general/moderate supervision in a professional and client-focused environment
  • Prioritizes own tasks and is able to follow instructions to execute tasks
  • Understands project deliverables, assigned level of effort (LOE), and monitors own effort to stay within project LOE definition
  • Participates with project team or independently with general/moderate supervision to complete project work

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years in an IT environment (with project and personnel management experience)
  • Prefer but not required, College Graduate or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Health Information Systems preferred
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle and Microsoft Stack technology preferred
  • Experience with agile methodology and scrum framework preferred
  • Experience with project/task management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project) preferred
  • Experience with knowledge base, documentation, and workflow diagram tools (high- and low-level design, Confluence, Visio, GitHub) preferred
  • Some travel may be required
