Position Purpose: As the Loan Servicing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for leading and managing our loan servicing team. Your primary focus will be to provide leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports, while fostering collaboration with other departments. You will serve as the loan subject matter expert, constantly striving to enhance servicing and delivery through the implementation of efficient processes, procedures, and new technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Provide timely and professional support to both management and staff to help us achieve our strategic objectives.
Operational Excellence: Ensure that operational procedures are not only efficient but also risk adjusted to meet our commitment to effective customer service.
Technology Proficiency: Administer and provide technical support and expertise for lending and related electronic delivery systems, including core loan systems and data processing systems.
Innovation and Solutions: Offer advice and insights regarding new merging customer delivery solutions. Identify and communicate business, systems, and functional requirements to appropriate technical teams and business partners.
Risk Management: Administer and maintain policies, procedures, and risk assessments related to the loan servicing department, ensuring we me all regulatory requirements.
Compliance Oversight: Provide regulatory guidance and oversight for departmental responsibilities, staying up to date with the latest industry regulations.
Internal Controls: Develop and maintain risk-adjusted internal controls relevant to departmental responsibilities, safeguarding our operations and assets.
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Prior Leadership Experience Strongly Preferred
7+ banking operations experience preferred
IT and/or business analyst experience desired

Working Conditions:
This position requires the individual be available after normal working hours, periodically on weekends and holidays to provide support, complete projects and meet deadlines. Business travel will be required to meet with vendors and attend education/training opportunities
