  • Business Analyst

Duties

  • Analyze information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams.
  • Apply advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years demonstrated expereince with software requirements management in a Federal IT setting.
  • Training in Agile software development. One or more ICAgile certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of software product life-cycles, requirements elicitation and documentation, product prioritization, story mapping, road mapping, user stories, and/or other software planning techniques.
  • Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM’s Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Junior Project Manager / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Lead

Duties

  • Coordinate between multiple projects, requiring the consolidation of multiple schedules to ensure traceability of milestones, including development of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Schedule, dependencies, and other project documentation, as needed
  • Maintain, add, and track team actions using project management methodology and standard collaboration tools.
  • Track deliverables review process for team by managing tracking information on the collaboration tools, tracking due dates, comments, dispositions, and developing process improvement strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years demonstrated expereince with developing and tracking project schedules in MS Project or similar programs.
  • Training in Agile software development. One or more ICAgile certifications preferred.
  • Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM’s Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite.

  • Release Manager

Duties

  • Communicate project-related tasks (e.g., plans, timelines, requirements, etc.) across the organization.
  • Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.
  • Define and oversee the release management process.
  • Determine release launch viability and timeline.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experince as a project manager with responsibility for delivery under strict deadlines
  • Training in Agile software development. PMI PMO, Agile project manager, or SAFe certified agilest certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated expereince with supporting software delivery in a Federal IT setting.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps delivery practices, especially the use of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM’s Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite.
  • Experience with Software Quality Assurance practices, testing, and defect resolution.
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to coordinate tasks across multiple partner organizations.
  • Technical Analyst ( IT System Analyst)

Duties

  • Provide support and guidance across the organization on how to optimize systems, reduce costs, and increasing profits.
  • Gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems effectively.
  • Build, design, examine, and implement a structured IT system.
  • Communicate findings and decisions to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in front-end web application software design and development
  • Training in Agile software development. One or more ICAgile certifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of software product life-cycles, technical requirements decomposition, architecture diagrams, interface control documents, data dictionaries, computer operator handbooks, java docs, and/or other software design and documentations techniques.
  • Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM’s Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, particularly the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and delivery partners to map requirements and dependencies to technical features.
