Position Duties
Develop and communicate a compelling artistic vision for the band front, ensuring visually striking and cohesive performances.

Provide comprehensive instruction in dance, flag, rifle, and baton techniques, ensuring students develop strong foundational skills.
Conduct regular rehearsals, focusing on precision, coordination, and expression to achieve high-quality performances.
