Business Analyst to CEO

Annual Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

This opportunity is located in the heart of the Houston Galleria area. The selected candidate MUST reside in Houston, TX and MUST have experience in the oil & gas industry.

Position Overview

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in the Energy/Oil & Gas industry looking catapult their career to the next level, and who is a true GO-GETTER with enthusiasm to complete tasks and assignments, big and small.

You will work alongside one of the industry's leading CEO's with the opportunity to move into a leadership role within 2-3 years. Additionally, you will have 4-6 years of experience post MBA/Master's degree.

Join an international oil and gas company at the forefront of the energy sector's transformation. We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Analyst to work in close collaboration with the CEO. This role is a rare development opportunity as you will work closely with the CEO as he leads major company initiatives, engages senior leadership teams and connects with industry experts across all global regions.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO as he drives strategic objectives and important initiatives in all parts of a global organization.
• Be called upon to perform critical analysis and provide insights aimed at implementing change and improving outcomes.
• Support the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), aiding in the communication and alignment of new initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing communications within the executive suite.
• Handle a challenging workload and international travel requirements effectively, ensuring timely results in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• MBA required, with 4-6 years of relevant professional experience post-graduation.
• Background in the energy industry, preferably within an international corporate setting.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, particularly in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to achieving high goals and the resilience to meet the demands of extensive travel.
