  • As the Supply Chain Business Operations - Business Analyst V for RL Devices, you will play a crucial role in advancing Meta’s business objectives pertaining to Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain management by consolidating and analyzing business data, solving critical business issues and providing meaningful business intelligence and insights for decision making throughout product life cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate strategic cross-functional initiatives including multi-year transformational projects, long range planning, functional reviews and goal setting.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering and analytics team and external vendors to build best in class build supply chain processes and systems
  • Support group Functional Reviews and management of team KPI (key performance indicators) data sources/dashboard
  • Be the focal point of contact for Strategic Sourcing managers in organizing team structure, establishing team metrics and developing common processes
  • Build short term analytical and operational tools and reports used in Sourcing organization, find ways to scale them into medium and long term solutions
  • Build a platform to collect and disseminate risks, opportunities, and intelligence as it relates to supply chain
  • Create cross functional forums to discuss and bring best supply chain solutions as it relates to Strategic Sourcing
  • Develop, manage and maintain processes and tools to measure supplier performance
  • Digitize the inputs and provide condensed formats to sourcing managers to discuss supplier performance with suppliers
  • Publish cost reduction metrics, lead time metrics, quality metrics for Sourcing managers

Minimum Qualification

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of relevant experiences in CE, Retail, Automotive or consumable products
  • Demonstrated capability in analytics and scenario-based analysis
  • Organizational and creative problem-solving experience
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing Excel, Tableau (and other analytics and visualization tools)
  • Demonstrated experience in designing analytical models and dashboards for Should Costs, forecasts and actual comparisons and other supply chain parameters such as Lead Time, Spend, BOM Costs, Part-level attribute analysis, Supplier and Commercial attribute overviews, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing large scale supply chain systems
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large projects spanning multiple years and multiple organizations
  • Communication skills (whitepapers, process documentations, Wikis, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations)
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain tools such as E2OPEN, Oracle, SAP etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA and/or advanced engineering graduate degree
  • Experience in/knowledge of supply chain management and business operations
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively
  • Management Consultancy Experiences with analytical background
  • Experience in dealing with leadership at all levels. Influencing and collaboration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • This position is supporting an Enterprise purchasing tool enhancing for Strategic Structure Org.
  • Data analytics supporting BizOps team.
  • Heavily support major projects using internal operational tools, strategic sourcing and supply chain solutions, proposing new ideas into internal operations of SCM.
  • Understand current enterprise tools and understand how to perform enhancements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Local to Sunnyvale, CA. Must be able to report to the office regularly.
  • Big Tech Experience (Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Apple). Former Meta experience is heavily preferred.
  • Data Analytics within BizOps Supply Chain Management space. This position is supporting an Enterprise purchasing tool enhancing for Strategic Structure Org.

Nice-to-Have Skills

AI Experience in BizOps is highly preferred.

  • Multi-tasking / time management / self-starter / fast-paced environment
  • UI Experience
  • Excel – Spreadsheet skills

Years Of Experience

  • 7+ Years Preferred | 3 Years Hard Requirement
