Key Responsibilities:

You primary goal will be to engage senior executives from key organisations and connect them to the right agency within the Perform network. You will:

Secure Meetings with Senior Executives:

  • Identify key decision makers and secure high level meetings to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with senior executives, aggregators, and potential strategic partners.

Refer Customers to Agency Sales/Leadership:

  • Serve as a bridge between potential customers and the agency sales/leadership teams.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs and follow ups to drive customer engagement and conversion.

Pitch and Sell Combined Packages (Future State):

  • Develop and pitch comprehensive packages that integrate Pixis's offerings with those of strategic partners.
  • Create compelling value propositions that highlight the benefits of combined solutions.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior level executives.
  • Leverage your network to create new business opportunities.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the agency sales and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to refine and enhance Pixis’s offerings and market positioning.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Use this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and identify potential partners.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on securing high level meetings and closing deals with senior executives.
  • Strong networking skills and a robust network of contacts within PE firms, aggregators, and strategic partners.
  • Experience selling services, preferably with a technology component, at agencies, consulting firms, or law firms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Self Motivated and results driven, with a "hunter" mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with senior level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross functional teams to achieve common goals.
